Our team will start with a feasibility either in-person or on the phone to understand the scope of work and project needs. We collaborate with you on an in-depth review of your preferences, direction, and needs. After the scope of work is agreed upon, a member of our team will schedule a walk-through and measure, if needed.

We will work directly with you- virtually or in-person -to create and present proposed floor plans, elevations, and material suggestions. We also can provide architectural review services and collaborate with your Architect to ensure a plan that reflects your individual style and project goals.

Once layouts, materials, and finish selections are approved, we will provide material estimates as well as a complete set of plans and specifications to your desired list of Builders and any other relevant parties for construction estimates.

As you project progresses into the construction phase, we will continue to coordinate with your build and remodel team to communicate, troubleshoot, and ensure that your project results in a finished product that reflects the desired outcome.
